A Daily Practice to Stabilize the Pelvis and Core for Yoga

The work in this class is drawn from several therapeutic movement modalities including Feldenkrais, Yoga, Pilates, Polestar Pilates, and Somatic Psychology. If you begin with deep natural breathing (building to light Uddiyana Bandha) the practice can be a daily reset for the deep physical and energetic lines that support the axis of our deep central channel. As a therapeutic practice this can be followed daily to move energy before meditation, to find stability at the low back, pelvis, and deep core, or to guide us into deeper breathing practices.
