Challenging Postures for TT: Inversions at the Wall

A way to set up and practice inversions at the wall, including handstand, forearm balance and puppy dog variations. This is part of the series of Challenging Yoga Postures for YS TT. Note that all inversions are arm balances! Also, practicing inversions at the wall can actually be more challenging at the wall (think of your levers) than in the center of the room.
