Challenging Postures of Yoga for TT: Shoulder-stand

In this video we will look at shoulder stand (salamba sarvangasana) and shoulder stand sequence (salamba sarvangasana, halasana, karna pindasana, and matsyasana fish-pose) to explore techniques and methods to strengthen and explore the postures safely, look at variations, and discuss the whole sequence as taught traditionally.
